Below are some of the things I have accomplished during my executive experience that may give me a stronger insight into helping your current needs:
I've been the first employee, or one of the handful of first employees, for start-up companies that expanded into chain organizations opening into multiple states and even multiple countries.
I have personally opened 300+ denovo locations in more than 13 states in the US. This includes licencing, new market survey, site selection, buildout, staffing, marketing, and area management.
I have personally hired more than 1000 employees at every level. From entry-level customer service employees, to district, regional, audit, legal, and most recently clinical medical staff, including Nurse Practitioners, and Psychiatrists.
I have developed small and large scale compensation models, incentive programs, and employee performance evaluation programs.
I specialize in creating performance management systems to accurately measure macro and micro performance data to improve efficiencies and most importantly, revenue.
I have successfully developed expansion plans that had predetermined exit strategies to expand, financial companies, healthcare companies, surgery centers, treatment facilities, and even some retail operations.
Relationship Development: I am hired by organizations to establish or develop relationships with Military, Law Enforcement, School Districts, and State, County or City agencies to build mutually beneficial relationships.
